Taurine: is a non-essential amino acid. Taurine is a building block of many other amino acids. It is essential for digestion of fats and absorption of originating fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins. It imitates insulin function; therefore it leads to the improvement of recovered organisms. Taurine belongs to simulative substances, and supports activity of the nervous system and improves both physical and mental endurance.

Caffeine: belongs to simulative substance as well. Prevents sleeping, eliminates fatigue and prolongs the organism’s ability to function during exercise.

Tyrosine: is an amino acid, which is needed by the body in higher concentrations during both physical and mental endurance. During endurance, there is a decrease of neurotransmitters in the organisms, which leads to tiredness and a decrease of ability to concentrate. Tyrosine is a building block of neurotransmitters and therefore it helps to decrease neurotransmitters shortage.

Vitamin B3: Helps blood capillary return, corrects high blood pressure, helps avoid headaches and depression.

Synefrin: having a structure similar to ephedrine. It stimulates central nervous system.
